The sale of the property at 821 Walnut Street was considered by the Chillicothe City Council. The property, owned by the city, is scheduled for demolition on May 5th. City Clerk Amy Hess explained the approval needed by the council.
Will go out for bid and must build within two years.
If the buyers do not meet the building requirements, the city will buy the property back at the original sale price.
