A request for a variance for a manufactured home at 97 Garr Field Avenue was denied by the Chillicothe Board of Zoning Adjustments. Taylor West requested the variance for the manufactured home that was placed on the property in 2025, after receiving permits from the City of Chillicothe.
The property is zoned R-2, which does not allow either manufactured or mobile homes. Chair Adam Brown explained the reasons a variance can be granted.
After hearing arguments both for and against the variance, the board denied the variance on a vote of 4/0.
