The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report for the early part of May includes several incidents and arrests.
Incident Reports:
May 9th, deputies responded to the 400 block of 1st Street in Ludlow for a verbal disturbance. They found two men had gotten into a verbal altercation about the safety of playground equipment. A report was completed to be kept on file.
Arrests:
May 5th, 32-year-old Tre Walker of Utica, turned himself in on a Dekalb County arrest warrant. Walker posted $300 cash bond.
May 6th, 32-year-old Doneisha Medlock of Maryland Heights was arrested for alleged driving while revoked/suspended on U.S. 36 near LIV 401. Medlock was also cited for 86 MPH in a 65 MPH zone. She was processed and released.
May 7th, 45-year-old Trinity Helm of Chillicothe was arrested at the Livingston County Courthouse on a Livingston County warrant for alleged DWI and driving while revoked. Helm was unable to post $10,000 cash bond and was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
May 9th, 70-year-old John Elder of Trenton, was arrested for alleged 62 MPH in a 35 MPH zone on U.S. Highway 65 at U.S. 36. Elder was processed and released.
May 9th, 31-year-old Manuel Tiul-Chub of Independence, was arrested for alleged 93 MPH in a 65 MPH zone on U.S. 36 near LIV 233. Tiul-Chub was processed and released.
May 14th, 25-year-old Axel Montes-Sanchez of Dawn, was arrested for alleged domestic assault in the 21000 block of 3rd Street in Dawn. Montes-Sanchez was processed and transported to Caldwell County Detention Center.
