Bid Process Resumes After Government Delays For Roy Blunt Reservoir

After delays to begin construction for the new Roy Blunt Reservoir, the North Central Missouri Regional Water Commission says they are ready to go out to bid on construction.  Brad Scott from the Commission explained the delays.

Working with government agencies with different reporting requirements.

Scott says they have a pool of several contractors that were pre-qualified, so now they can begin requesting bids from the pool.

Requesting bids from the contractors.

He says this put them back a couple of months in the process, but they are back to moving forward.
