County Commission Handles Brush Letter Concerns

A Brush Letter was the topic of discussion for the Livingston County Commission Tuesday morning.  Presiding Commissioner Ed Douglas says there had been questions about the property owners’ requirements for trimming adjacent to county and township roads.

Trim to 15 feet to either side of the road’s center line.

Douglas says the road in question for the meeting presented additional issues.

Question about a former MoDOT road.

Douglas says the commission also talked about a personnel matter for a current opening.

The County Commission will not be meeting on Thursday as two commissioners will be out of town, and they will not have a quorum.
