Following a report of theft at the Chillicothe Elks Lodge earlier in the month, Chillicothe Police began an investigation. Unnamed officials report that the investigation resulted in the arrest of Michelle Ralls pending the filing of charges. The Prosecuting Attorney required additional investigation, and she was released pending the continued investigation.
Police Chief Maples says they are preparing a report to be sent to the prosecutor, which could result in an arrest and charges soon.
