The renovations to the exterior of the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department are nearing completion. Sheriff Dustin Woelfle says the exterior is the latest stage of a project that began two years ago.
Began on the interior with remodeling and are now finishing the exterior.
Woelfle says the renovations are the result of the decision not to be part of the new building for the Chillicothe Police Department. He says the decision was made that renovations were more cost-effective.
The exterior painting should be complete in the next week or two, as weather permits.
