Animal shows begin today for the larger animals. This afternoon is the swine show in the arena of the Jenkins Building. Fair Board President Jennifer Horton says several animal shows take place Thursday.
There will be the pet parade at 1:00 pm, an ice cream social at 5:00, and the Farm Kid Challenge at 8:00.
