Friday,
Police investigated a stealing report on Cherry Street and a domestic assault, with both investigations continuing. Officers also arrested a 31-year-old man for driving while his license was suspended or revoked following a traffic stop on South Washington Street. Other calls included a verbal domestic disturbance, a non-injury crash, and traffic control for Cruise Night.
Saturday,
Officers arrested a 19-year-old and a 50-year-old man for domestic assault following an incident on South Washington Street. Police also responded to a pair of non-injury crashes, investigated a report of possible animal neglect that was found to involve no criminal activity, and handled disturbance and assault calls that resulted in no charges.
Sunday,
Police took a report of child endangerment on Elm Street. A suspect has been identified, and charges are pending. Officers also responded to a verbal domestic disturbance, a noise complaint, assisted firefighters at a Trenton Street fire, investigated a non-injury crash, and handled a trespassing complaint where the individual left before further action was needed.
