CMU Electric Services Department

Chillicothe’s Board of Public Works accepted a bid for a Reverse Osmosis system for the Electric Generating Plant.  CMU General Manager Matt Hopper says there were three bids received.

Went with the specified system for  $119,750.

Hopper says the system is delivered on a skid and the electric crews will install the system.

The board also approved an increase in the incentive for underground electric installation for back-line residential service that is inaccessible by truck.

Increased to $500.

The board handled a personnel matter in the closed executive session.
