A house fire at 2400 Princeton Road in Trenton resulted in extensive fire and smoke damage. The fire call came in Thursday at about 10:22 am, and fire crews arrived to find moderate smoke coming from the eves.
The resident reported an electric outlet problem and having shut off the associated breaker. About 10 minutes later, a passerby noticed the fire and told the resident to get out.
The fire crew was on the scene for about 90 minutes. The fire was determined to be electrical.
