Three crashes in the area left four with injuries on Wednesday. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports:
At about 11:09 am in DeKalb County, an accident on US 69 at SE Frost Road left two injured. Troopers report an 84-year-old man from Cameron was eastbound on SE Frost and failed to yield at US 69, and was struck by a northbound vehicle driven by an 80-year-old woman from Gallatin. The woman had moderate injuries, and the man had minor injuries. They were both taken to Liberty Hospital for treatment.
At about 9:30 pm in Linn County, a 56-year-old man from Marceline was injured when he was eastbound on US 36 near Brookfield and ran off the right side of the road, and his pick-up overturned, coming to rest on its side. He was taken to Pershing Memorial Hospital for treatment.
At about 10:50 pm on US 36 near Brookfield, a car driven by a 73-year-old man from Mission, Kansas, was westbound and ran off the right side of the road and struck an embankment, resulting in Moderate injuries. He was also treated at Pershing Memorial Hospital.
