One hundred twenty-four calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Thursday.
Officers conducted a well-being check on Vine Street and confirmed a child was safe following a dispute between parents.
Police also assisted EMS with an elderly woman found on the floor of a home on Park Lane.
A motorcycle reported speeding and passing between vehicles on Highway 65 was located, and officers conducted a traffic stop.
Two crashes were investigated. One involved a vehicle leaving the roadway and damaging two mailboxes. A separate two-vehicle crash on Washington Street resulted in one citation.
Thursday night, officers de-escalated a situation involving a person experiencing a mental health crisis near Henry Street.
Officers also conducted traffic stops, business and vehicle checks, and follow-up investigations.
