A Breckenridge man charged in July with alleged Statutory Sodomy and Child Molestation with a child under the age of 12 has had his case moved to Circuit Court. Fifty-two-year-old Michael Lee Allard made a court appearance for his preliminary hearing. He waived the preliminary hearing, and Judge Jason Kanoy bound the case for circuit court.
The case is assigned to Judge Daren Adkins. Arraignment is set for September 14th.
He remains in custody with no bond allowed.
