The Chillicothe City Council approved Budget Adjustments and an appointment to the Railroad Advisory Board as part of Monday’s agenda,
Mayor Theresa Kelly made the recommendation to appoint Ron Madox to the Railroad Board. The council approved the appointment unanimously.
City Auditor Allison Jeffries presented two amendments to the City Budget.
Airport Fuel Budget increased by $45,000 and the Fire Department Budget by $3,000.
The Fuel budget increase allowed for the purchase of additional fuel that is available for purchase by pilots.
The funds for the Fire Department will come from the funding for the aerial truck refurbishment that came in under budget.
