A Kansas City man is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Sexual Misconduct. Thirty-nine-year-old Julius L. Thomas of Kansas City is charged with the offense, alleged to have occurred on August 6th, at the Livingston County Courthouse. According to the probable cause statement, Thomas allegedly exposed himself to the victim after leaving a restroom.
Thomas is currently serving a three year sentence for attempted delivery or possession of a weapon at a jail or correction center. He entered the guilty plea on the day of the alleged Sexual Misconduct.
