The Carrollton man accused of two counts of alleged first-degree murder will be moved to Green County. Thirty-eight-year-old Kegan Keith Kelly made an appearance for a hearing in Carroll County Court and requested a transfer to another jail facility. Judge James Bradley Funk approved the request, and as Kelly has been ordered to undergo a mental evaluation, he was transferred to the custody of Green County.
The case remains under the jurisdiction of Carroll County. The next court appearance is December 16th.
