The Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office reported one booking into the Caldwell County Detention Center over the weekend.
25-year-old Richard L. Blevins of Polo was booked on a warrant for alleged unlawful use of a weapon – exhibiting and assault. He is held with no bond allowed.
Two recent jail bookings for Livingston County are reported by the Sheriff’s Department.
Saturday, Chillicothe police booked 36-year-old Seth Caleb Batson for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia, a stop sign violation, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
This (Monday) morning, 43-year-old Jeffery Gordon Davenport was booked on a Probation Violation warrant from a conviction for two counts of stealing. Bond is set at $20,000 cash only.
