The Chillicothe City Council will have a Finance Workshop and a Regular City Council meeting on Monday. The workshop session begins at 5:00 pm in the council chambers and includes the presentation of the 2025/26 Audit.

- Reappointment recommendations by the mayor for the Park Board, Board of Adjustments, and Housing Board
- Allison Jefferies will request approval of the Audit presented in the workshop
- Chillicothe R2 Superintendent Dr. Dan Wiebers will request modifications for the new Bus Barn
- Gil Gates will present a Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit Development for the old hospital grounds
- Russ Madsen will request adding items to surplus and listing them for sale
- The mayor will present an ordinance to approve replacing the 2014 Personnel Handbook
- Matt Hopper will present an ordinance for replacement of a turbine gearbox for the power plant
- Councilman Tom Ashbrook will lead a discussion on City Hall Maintenance and possible remodeling
- Allison Jefferies will lead a discussion on City Hall and Police Department cleaning services
A closed executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting.
