The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports two jail bookings Tuesday afternoon.
Just before 4:00 pm, Chillicothe Police booked 48-year-old Leon Walter of Chillicothe and 36-year-old Christina Phillips. Both were taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on 24-hour holds.
