Ninety calls for service and a couple of arrests are in the report from the Chillicothe Police Department for Tuesday.
Officers investigated a forgery complaint in the 700 block of Elm Street and identified two suspects. Later in the afternoon, officers conducted a traffic stop connected to the investigation. Both suspects were arrested, and controlled substances were found during the arrests. The two were held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
Officers also handled several well-being checks, including one at Simpson Park, and investigated two separate possible harassment complaints. One person did not wish to press charges, while a report was taken on the other incident and the investigation remains ongoing.
Police also responded to a disturbance on South Washington Street, a report of a dog at large, and conducted traffic stops and business checks.
