A man charged with unlawful discharge of a weapon was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center to begin serving his sentence. Nineteen-year-old Levi Ryan Hughes of Chillicothe pled guilty on September 23rd, admitting to shooting a rifle from the roadway. He was sentenced to 48 hours of jail time that began at noon on Wednesday.
