Personnel Matters Handled In Chillicothe City Council Executive Session

The Chillicothe City Council approved two personnel items, and a contract for a prosecuting attorney, in the closed executive session Monday.

The Council approved:

• The promotion of Jeff Allen to Patrol Sargent, effective on October 5th, at the rate of $25.36 per hour.
• The Hiring of Maddie Manning as Assistant City Clerk effective October 1^st, at the starting rate of $17.00 per hour.
• Approved an ordinance for a cooperative agreement for Prosecutorial Services with Livingston County and its County Prosecutor, from October 1^st through December 31^st, 2026, with Prosecutor Keith Rouse.
