Chillicothe Police Report For Thursday

Nearly 100 calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Thursday.

Officers made two arrests on outstanding warrants. One woman was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant and taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center, where she is awaiting a court date. A second man turned himself in on a warrant, posted bond, and was released with a court date.

Police are investigating an assault report. Officers also responded to a domestic disturbance on Calhoun Street, where no crime was reported and Missouri’s 12-hour domestic violence rule was put into effect.

Other calls included a trespassing complaint, a welfare check, parking complaints, and two business alarms that were determined to be accidental. Officers also assisted with a minor vehicle crash in a private parking lot. No injuries were reported, and both vehicles were driven away from the scene.
