Booked – Awaiting Extradition

A Colorado woman was booked by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department, pending extradition from out of state.  Twenty-seven-year-old Marilyn Renee Bowers was arrested out of state on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Stealing and fraudulent Use of a Credit Device.  Bond is set at $7,500 cash only.

The warrant is for an incident reported in October of 2024, where items were stolen from a vehicle parked at a business, including credit and debit cards.  A debit card had been used several times, including at a local retail store.  Video from the store helped to identify male and female suspects.

Earlier this year, a male suspect in custody and another person were talking on a jail phone and discussed the woman suspect, who was later identified.
