The Chillicothe R-II School District has been training and preparing for a couple of state-mandated emergency response programs. Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says the Cardiac Emergency Response Plan and the Stop The Bleed Protocols were approved by the school board.
The district nurses have been training and equipment is available in each building.
Training is available both hands-on and by virtual means.
