A Lawson man booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center for alleged Grooming or Enticement of a Minor, 62-year-old Christopher Joseph Wagner, made a court appearance for a bond hearing. The court found by clear and convincing evidence, that no bond will secure the safety of victim.
Wagner remains in custody with no bond allowed.
He is scheduled to appear in Caldwell County Court on November 10th for a preliminary hearing.
