A resident at the Chillicothe Correction Center died Monday. Thirty-five-year-old Octavia Richardson was pronounced dead at Hedrick Medical Center. Richardson was serving a three-year sentence following her conviction in St. Louis County for stalking. She was received by the Department of Corrections in April of this year.
An autopsy will be conducted.
