Chillicothe City Council will have its regular council meeting on Monday at City Hall. The meeting will start at 5:30 pm in the council chambers.
In addition to payroll and invoices, items on the agenda include:
- Information on the new Health Insurance Rate for 2027.
- An ordinance for the city audit for fiscal years ending in 2027, 2028, and 2029, including the golf course and bowling alley.
- Adopting the Revised Personnel Policies Handbook.
- A Resolution approving a Planned Unit Development and Conditional Use Permit for the Planned Unit Development.
- A discussion on Home-Based Businesses.
