A traffic stop Monday resulted in several charges for the driver. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reported that Monday afternoon a deputy was passed by a speeding vehicle that was westbound on US 36. The vehicle was stopped in Chillicothe and in the process of the investigation, the deputy searched the vehicle and found a small quantity of suspected Marijuana. He also found alleged THC Edibles, Drug Paraphernalia, and 2 sheets of hallucinating acid.
He arrested 20-year-old Ryan Tyler Kole of Nevada, who was traveling from Chicago to Las Vegas. He was held at the Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail.
