The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports two that are on their most wanted list were arrested this week.
Wednesday, 31-year-old James E. Laughlin of Chillicothe was arrested on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions. Bond was set at $10,000 cash. He posted bond and was released.
Thursday, State Troopers arrested 48-year-old Jeffery Dwaine Morris of Cameron on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order. His bond was set at $15,000 cash
