The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 97 calls for service Wednesday. Some of the calls include:
12:27 am, Subject reporting someone trying to get in his house in the 400 block of Walnut. The person was contacted and given a courtesy ride to an address on Locust Street.
2:00 pm, Officers took a report of theft that occurred in the 100 block of Calhoun Street. An investigation is underway.
2:10 pm, An officer was at Livingston County Courthouse and arrested an individual on a warrant. They were processed at the Police Department.
4:13 pm, Officers responded to Washington and Bus 36 for a two-vehicle accident. No injuries were reported. A northbound driver failed to yield and made a left turn, colliding with a southbound vehicle. The northbound driver was cited for failing to yield.
5:17 pm, Officers assisted Brookfield PD with the recovery of a stolen vehicle that was located east of town on US 36.
7:22 pm, Officers were called to the 500 block of Walnut on a report that a dog had attacked and injured the caller’s dog.
