Dupy Wins Runoff For 1st Ward Seat

The Runnoff election ended with a clear winner in the 1^st Ward Chillicothe City Council race.  There were 449 votes cast and Reed Dupy received 230 of those votes, defeating Dowell Kincaid with 219 votes.

Just under 27% of the registered voters in the 1^st Ward cast ballot for the runoff election.
