A St. Joseph man was arrested Friday morning in Daviess County. State Troopers arrested 32-year-old Mariano Torres at about 8:25 am for alleged possession of a controlled substance, DWI, driving while revoked, failing to comply with an ignition interlock, speeding, and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
