A Blackburn Missouri resident was arrested in Carroll County Saturday night. State Troopers arrested 25-year-old Ethan Lane at about 11:25 pm for alleged DWI and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was processed at the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office and released.
