The City of Chillicothe will have a public hearing on the use of the Capital Improvement Sales Tax Fund for the purchase of radios for the Police and Fire Departments. The Public Hearing will be September 24th at 5:30 pm at City Hall. The City has plans to spend $244,517 towards the purchase. The purchase will be financed by the Livingston County Ambulance District with an interest rate of 2.5%.
