Carrollton Man Arrested By Troopers

A Carrollton man was arrested by State Troopers in Carroll County Friday.  At about 3:20 pm, 50-year-old James P Mason was arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.  He was taken to the Carroll County Jail.
