Three arrests are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol for the local counties.
Tuesday at 6:55 am, Troopers in Livingston County arrested 55-year-old Christine Regan of Tina for alleged DWI – prior offender and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident. She was taken to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department, processed, and released.
At about 6:35 pm in Linn County, Troopers arrested 19-year-old Bobby Waddle of Brookfield for alleged leaving the scene of an accident, failure to yield, and no seatbelt. He was processed at the Linn County Sheriff’s Office and released.
At about 10:15 pm in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 19-year-old Ashlee Mast of Chillicothe for alleged possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance – prescription pills, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center
