The Special Olympics Missouri Law Enforcement Torch Run moved through Chillicothe this (Wednesday) morning. This event is a fundraiser and awareness campaign for Missouri’s Special Olympics. The run originates in 40 locations across the state and includes 141 agencies and 5000 officers. Runners for the leg that passed through Chillicothe are from the Chillicothe Correction Center
