Early Wednesday morning just after 3 O’Clock Chillicothe police dispatched their K9, Enoch, to conduct a walk around of a vehicle that was suspected to have narcotics. Enoch alerted on the vehicle and upon search, officers located a bag of methamphetamine. The female was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
