The City Attorney, Robert Cowherd, requested direction from the Chillicothe City Council on the city ordinance for the use of storage containers.
Cowherd says construction companies would still be able to use the containers for storage on a job site, but the home or property owner could not use them as a storage shed, or for other purposes.
