On Thursday Chillicothe Police Department answered 97 calls for service including a Disturbance in the 700 block of Elm St. The officers located the incident but the parties who were involved did not want to press charges and no arrest was made. Also on Thursday a person walked into the Police Department to speak to an officer about doing an investigation and was later cited for filing a false report.
