The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 116 calls for service Wednesday. Some of the calls include well being checks, building security checks and numerous traffic stops. Other items in the report include:
9:21 am, Officers out at a residence in the 900 block of Glenwood Drive to assist another agency at the Court’s request.
1:08 pm, Officers back in the 900 block of Glenwood Drive on an investigation.
2:04 pm, An individual came to the police department to file a report of harassment. Officers determined that offense was in another jurisdiction. They were advised to contact local jurisdiction.
2:46 pm, Officers recovered an abandoned bicycle at the intersection of Elm and J.F. Kennedy Avenue.
3:59 pm, Report of ATV and Motorcycle being operated recklessly near Third Street and Wilson Street.
5:03 pm, Reported possible disturbance in the 1200 block of N. Washington Street between man and woman.
5:53 pm, Report of an elderly person having walked away from residence in the 1900 block of Country Club Drive. The person was later located by a family member.
5:58 pm, Report of kids on a Moped on Third Street near Railroad tracks. Kids are ultimately located in 400 block of Elm Street. Parents contacted and warned.
6:17 pm, Officers recovered illegal drug paraphernalia in the 1200 block of Walnut Street. Items were brought to the PD for disposal.
