A 14 mile section of Highway 10 from near Carrollton to southwest of Norborne will begin to be paved this October. The Missouri Department of Transportation announced Capital Paving and Construction, LLC has been hired to resurface Highway 10 between Route FF, southwest of Norborne to Business 65 in Carrollton. As part of the project, the contractor plans to begin work September 17th with guardrail work. Shoulder work will begin September 24th and the paving is planned for to begin October 2nd.
All work is scheduled to be completed by November 1st.
