October 14 Deputies opened an investigation of Sex Offender Registration Violation.
October 15 Deputies completed an incident report on a suspect who Failed to Appear in Court on an original felony Domestic Assault.
October 15 Duties completed a report on a suspect who Failed to Appear in Court on an original felony allegation of Drug Possession.
October 12 at 4:21 p.m. Deputies served a Livingston County arrest warrant on Robert Wayne Johnson, 49, Dawn, for alleged class E felony Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Johnson surrendered and was released on bond at the Law Enforcement Center.
Deputy Terry Wilson attended the Missouri Sheriffs’ Association Training Academy and is now a certified Pepper Spray Instructor.
October 11 LCSO extradited Eric Nelson McKinney, 45, from Missouri Department of Corrections in Fulton on Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail in lieu of bond.
October 14 LCSO is causing Chad J. McCormick, 38, to be extradited from Cole County Sheriff on Livingston County warrant for alleged Tampering with Motor Vehicle. He will be taken to Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail in lieu of bond.
