A winter Weather Advisory is issued for much of the KCHI listening area beginning at 6:00 pm and continuing to midday Saturday. There is also a Winter Storm Warning for Northeast and North Central Missouri, including Sullivan County in the local area.

Temeyer says for the Winter Weather Advisory, snowfall locally will be from 2-4 inches south of US 36 and 3-6 inches for areas north of the line.
Temeyer says we will have changing weather throughout the day today.
He says if you are on the road, use caution and be prepared for changing conditions.
If you must travel, check the road conditions, make sure your phone is fully charged in case you need to call for assistance.
