The contract to demolish three houses that have been condemned by the city was awarded to Perkins Dozing. The Chillicothe City Council approved the contract which totals $29,750. That includes asbestos removal – if it is needed, by a certified person.
The properties are at 1547 Bryan, 624 Cherry, and 615 Vine street.
