Procedures for issuing administrative search warrants were approved by the Chillicothe City Council Monday. The ordinance was presented by City Attorney Robert Cowherd. Cowherd says this would be used for issues that include nuisance abatement.
The council approved the ordinance that establishes the procedures the city must follow to obtain those warrants.
