A Topographical survey will be completed by Allstate Consultants on the new Industrial Park for Chillicothe. The City Council approved the $19,524 contract for the services required before the platting of the property. City Clerk Roze Frampton says Allstate has already done the boundary survey of a portion of the property and the Topographical survey will include a boundary survey of the remainder of the property.
