A property at Polk Street and Grand River Drive was sold by the Chillicothe R-II for $30,000. The sale to Carol Holder was finalized Friday.
Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers funds from the sale, $28,253 after sales fees, will deposited into Fund 4. The district has another lot currently for sale in the Christison Subdivision, along with Dewey School and nearby property.
